How can I start a project?
An initial call sets the stage, allowing us to define the project’s scope, establish a timeline, and agree upon the budget. Upon your decision to kickstart the project and the submission of a 50% deposit, we start a Discovery Session, where we go in depth on your goals, syle directions, target audience and competitors.
For a more comprehensive insight into each phase, the contract will delve into intricate details, outlining each step of the process.
What is the timeframe of a project?
The timeline for completion varies based on project scope, spanning from a few weeks to a few months. A key factor in expediting the process is the availability of assets precisely when required. This proactive approach greatly streamlines the workflow.
For example, if a website wants to be developed in a timely manner, the content, such as images, text, and video, should be readily available by the client; if not it can lead to a prolonged turnaround time.
How are revisions assessed in a project?
In each project, we are committed to ensure that the design resonates with the precise goals and aesthetic envisioned by the client. By offering a defined number of revisions, clients are encouraged to remain focused on the ultimate objective, preventing any undue expansion of the project’s scope.
Giving a limited amount of revisions allows clients to keep in mind the end goal and avoids scope creep from occurring, and thus allowing the project to finish in a timely manner. The contract will state the amount of revisions and is dependent on the specific project.
What CMS and software is use?
We use industry leading software from Adobe for each project. Figma is used for prototyping and wireframing. For general graphic design, imaging and layouts a combination of programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, and Lightroom are used. For graphic animations and video editing Premiere Pro and After Effects are the best choice. For web development, WordPress and Elementor are widely used. You can see a list our about page.
What is your design process?
Before getting to the design phase of any project, questions are asked in a Discovery Session that will help with understanding the project scope, allowing for research and development. From there onward, the journey revolves around crafting concepts and building upon the one that aligns most seamlessly with your vision.
